Eggs: 4 pieces

Flour: 1 cup

Potatoes: 250 grams (boiled and mashed)

Parsley: as desired

Dried thyme: to taste

Baking powder: one envelope

Milk: 1 cup

Oil: half a cup

Cheese: 12 cup (grated)

How to prepare

Whisk the eggs well, then add oil, milk, potatoes, flour, baking powder, parsley, thyme and cheese.

Season with salt, black pepper, turmeric and cumin, and mix well so that the ingredients overlap.

Grease the cupcake pan with a little butter and sprinkle flour on it.

Distribute the mixture evenly in the tray, then put it in the oven at 200 ° C for a period of 20-25 minutes.

Remove the cupcake tray from the oven, set it aside until it cools to room temperature, then serve.
