the ingredients
Peeled garlic – 3 cloves
Red hot pepper or jalapeno – 2
Sugar – half a cup
Water – three quarters of a cup + two tablespoons
White vinegar – a quarter cup
Salt – half a teaspoon
Corn flour – a tablespoon
The method of work
1- In the bowl of an electric mixer, place the garlic, hot red pepper, sugar, vinegar, salt and three quarters of a cup of water.
2- Puree the ingredients, then put them in a saucepan over a fire.
3- When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and boil the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
4- In a small bowl, mix the corn flour with the rest of the water and add them to the saucepan.
5- Boil the mixture for an additional minute, then remove the saucepan from the heat.
6- Leave the mixture until it cools completely, then pour it into an airtight container and put it in the refrigerator until use.
