Chinese soy chicken

 

the ingredients

Shredded chicken breast – 500 gr

Crushed garlic – 3 cloves

Soy sauce – 12 cup

Chicken broth – 2 cups

Salt – as desired

Chinese spice – two teaspoons

White pepper – a pinch

Black Pepper – Pinch

Chopped colored capsicum – 3

Chopped mushrooms – 5

Grated ginger – a teaspoon

Oil – two tablespoons

The method of work

1- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over the heat, add the garlic, then stir until it wilts.

2- Add the mushrooms, capsicum and chicken, then stir the ingredients well until they change color.

3- Pour the chicken broth, then season with salt, black pepper, Chinese spice and white pepper.

4- Stir the ingredients until they overlap, then bring to a boil and simmer.

5- Add the soy sauce and ginger, then leave the ingredients again until hard.

6- Spread the chicken on a plate, then share it on your cake hot.
