Small coconut cookies

 

And it only takes 4 ingredients to make this recipe, so it’s a cinch! These little exotic delicacies keep perfectly for several days in a tin, or freeze very well.
Ingredients, for about 20 cookies:

  • 100 g of melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 55 g grated coconut
  • 125 g flour

Preperation :

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Mix the butter and sugar for a few minutes to obtain a slightly foamy consistency. Stir in the coconut and flour, and mix well.

Shape into small balls by hand. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then flatten them slightly with a fork.

Bake in a hot oven for about 10-15 minutes.
