Vegetable Tart
For dough:
2 cups flour
100 grams of margarine
1 teaspoon of salt
Half tea glass of water
For the inside:
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 bell pepper
1 tablespoon of margarine
2 eggs
1 glass of water Milk
2 tablespoons flour or wheat starch
FABRICATION
Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead well. Lay the dough in a greased tart mold. For the filling, dice carrots, zucchini and capsicum. Saute the chopped vegetables in 1 tablespoon of margarine for 5 minutes and spread on the dough. Whisk the egg, milk, flour or starch in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25 minutes.
