Who Should Not Do 3-Day Detox?

 

Thanks to the 3-day detox, you can lose weight fast. As good as that may sound, the daily calorie intake on this diet is very low, which is why you shouldn’t do it for longer than 3 days. Otherwise, you may experience muscle loss and decrease your metabolic rate. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, diabetics or people with chronic diseases such as blood pressure patients should not do this detox.
