The Japanese cake is delicious and tender



1/2 cup of: milk and butter.

1 cup white sugar

 1/2 cups flour.

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

2 eggs

How to prepare

Mix the sugar and butter together in a medium bowl, then gradually add an egg, whisking continuously, while also adding vanilla.

Mix the flour and baking powder together, then add it to the egg mixture and whisk them well

Add milk to the mixture and stir them together to get a smooth cake batter and pour it into a cake pan.

Inserting the cake tray into the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for a period of (25-30) minutes to make sure it is cooked.
