the Garlic

Garlic is not only full of flavor, but garlic contains a wide range of trace minerals, including copper, iron, zinc, magnesium, germanium, and selenium in particular. In addition, it contains sulfur compounds, vitamins  A  and  C  , fiber, and various amino acids. In general, garlic provides more of 100 biologically beneficial chemicals.

Dr. Gittleman said garlic has been shown to help prevent blood clots and is linked to lowering cholesterol, explaining that the preferred method of cooking is to use whole, unbroken garlic cloves. Garlic is also used in salad dressings, sauces, and homemade pickles to season chicken, red meat and tofu and to sprinkle it on vegetables.

Another herb that provides flavor and heart-healthy benefits is cayenne pepper. It is rich in antioxidants, contains vitamins  C  ,   ,   ,  and E , contains calcium, phosphorous, and iron, and is one of the richest sources of vitamin  E. 

 Cayenne pepper helps maintain a healthy and strong heart. Vitamin E is closely related to It directly reduces the risk of heart disease, and since chili peppers are high in nutrients, it is one of the main reasons why they are so good for your heart .

Because of its antioxidant properties, hawthorn helps reduce cholesterol, prevents plaque buildup, lowers blood pressure, and dilates coronary vessels, which improves blood flow and increases the heart’s blood supply. .
