Steps to make a bath to get rid of body toxins

The wellness bath is a detox bath, which is a very old traditional remedy, we use

It contains some mineral salts and bicarbonate that help the body get rid of toxins through sweating, by adding them to the bathing water.

Steps and method for preparing a wellness bath

 

-2 cups of English salt (magnesium sulfate).

 

A cup of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda).

 

Ginger powder, optional (3 tablespoons)

 

Herbs or essential oils (lavender – chamomile – rose – mint), which is optional only for relaxation.

Steps to enjoy the bath:

 

1- Choose the right time for your bathroom, to relax and enjoy, so that you have nothing to do,

 

Because you will need from half an hour to a full hour to do a wellness bath.

 

2- Close the door and the air sources inside the bathroom, leaving a source for breathing.

 

3- Fill the bathtub with hot water.

 

4- Add 2 cups of English salt in water, as it helps you replenish magnesium levels in the body and fight high blood pressure.

 

5- Add the amount of one cup of baking soda, as soda is known for its ability to clean the skin, soften it and resist bacteria.

 

6- Add an amount of ginger to the bath water, for its ability to heat the body and stimulate the process of sweating.

 

7- Add essential oil or herbs for more relaxation and fragrance for the body, and a feeling of freshness.

 

8- Sit and relax in the bathtub for at least 30 minutes, but the longer the better.

 

9- If the water is hot, add cold water, but in an appropriate amount until you find the temperature suitable.

 

10- Use a bath brush or loofah to massage the body, stimulate blood circulation and get rid of dead skin.

 

11- You may feel a little dizzy while showering, so have a water bottle next to you to drink.

 

12- After you have finished Hammam Al-Hana, dry your body well with a large towel, and get dressed because your body will continue to work due to the heat.

 

13- It is preferable to relax for a while after the bath to give your body a longer period of time to get rid of any other substances that come out of the bath.

Do not do this bath during pregnancy, or if you have kidney problems.
