Here are the three most important ingredients that perfect skin needs

baking soda:

Apple cider vinegar:

You can also use apple cider vinegar to exfoliate the skin or as a toner after washing, as you need the following:

Take a cotton ball and soak it with water, then squeeze it to get rid of the excess water, and then add a few drops of apple cider vinegar to it. Wipe your face and neck, then use a moisturizer.

You can apply it once to twice a week.

Coconut Oil:

It is one of the best ingredients for the body, skin and beauty, as it is used as a wonderful moisturizer for the face, body and hair, and you can use it alone without any additional ingredients.

To make a moisturizer from coconut oil you only need:

Put 1 tablespoon of solid coconut oil in a blender for 6 to 7 minutes, until it has a whipped texture. Transfer to a bowl and store at room temperature or in the refrigerator so that it does not thaw and change its texture.

You can add a few drops of an essential oil like lavender or chamomile if you’d like, but before whisking it in.
