Ingredients for Rice Vinegar Recipe:

1 teaspoon of rice
2 chickpeas
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 liter of water
1 teaspoon of natural rock salt

How to Make Rice Vinegar?

The water to be used in making vinegar is boiled and left to cool to be ready for use.
Rice is washed several times in a strainer to remove its starch.
Washed rice, chickpeas, vinegar and the room temperature water you have prepared are added to a jar and closed with an air-permeable cloth.
