Preparation of matcha tea
1) Ingredients
matcha tea
50 ml lukewarm water (about 60 degrees)
200ml milk
2 teaspoons of sugar
2) Preparation
In a bowl, pour warm water, sugar and two spatulas of matcha tea (one teaspoon).
With the matcha tea whisk, emulsify the mixture for one to two minutes. It should become frothy.
Heat the milk in a cup.
With a milk frother, whisk to froth milk.
In your cup, first pour the matcha and then the milk on top.
All you have to do is enjoy!
