We will give the probiotic face mask recipe in our article. Scientific researches help us to understand the system of living things in our skin. Just as we have an intestinal microbiota, researchers reveal that we have the same but different bacterial colonies on our skin, mouths and elsewhere. For this, your skin needs a probiotic face mask.
Research shows that our skin, like our intestines, needs probiotics.
Yogurt naturally has probiotics and beneficial oils, and it’s a very gentle mask. The best thing about this mask is that it is very easy to prepare. For extra strength, you can use plain organic yogurt or add a capsule of probiotics.
Yogurt contains lactic acid (a natural hydroxyl acid) that is excellent for the skin, and the beneficial oils in yogurt nourish the skin. We would like to point out that the addition of 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder when fighting acrylic is very important and adding 1 teaspoon of olive oil helps dry skin.
1 tablespoon plain organic yogurt (full fat preferred)
1 capsule of probiotic (optional)
For Oily Skin: 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder (optional)
For Dry Skin: 1 teaspoon of olive oil (optional)
Mix the yogurt and any other optional ingredients you use.
Lightly apply on the face in small circles. Let it sit for 10-30 minutes. It will moisturize for another 10 minutes and it will penetrate deeply for another 30 minutes.
Wash it off with lukewarm water.
