Homemade Vitamin C Serum

Vitamin C Serum

Vitamin C serum plays an important role in skin health due to its antioxidant properties. Vitamin C provides regeneration of skin cells. In this way, your skin will look young and healthy. Brown spots on the skin, especially due to age, pregnancy and sun, are reduced by vitamin C. For this, vitamin C serum is of great importance for your skin.

Apply the vitamin C serum for 3 months to see its positive effects on your skin. A blend of 20 percent vitamin C powder, 80 percent water and aloe vera is the ideal blend to start with.

Necessary materials:

1 teaspoon of vitamin C powder

1 teaspoon of filtered water

+ 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel

1/4 teaspoon of vitamin E oil (optional)

Fabrication:

In a small bowl, combine vitamin C powder and filtered water. Whisk the ingredients until the vitamin C powder dissolves completely. After the vitamin C is completely dissolved, add aloe vera gel and vitamin E.

Pour this mixture into a dark bottle with the help of a funnel. Store vitamin C serum in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. After two weeks you will notice the change in the pH level in the serum. It can have different color and consistency depending on the vitamin C powder and aloe vera gel. Vitamin C powder is usually white or pink.

Usage:

Before going to bed, cleanse your skin with a tonic. If you are not using tonic, wash your face. Then apply a small amount of the vitamin C spread. Then use your moisturizer. Shake the serum bottle before each use. The serum will be thick.

Do not use the vitamin C serum as you will be exposed to sunlight during the day.
