Pear and almond jam

 

Are you drowning in pears? Here is a delicious homemade pear and almond jam! This melting recipe with a crunchy touch can be spread without limits!

Ingredients:

1 kg of pears

1 lemon

500g sugar

150 g whole almonds, peeled

Steps :

1. Start by peeling the pears, then cut them into pieces and sprinkle them with lemon juice.

2. Crush the almonds.

3. In a saucepan, cook the pears with the sugar and almonds for 40 minutes. Mix regularly.

4. When the jam is ready, pour it into airtight, sterilized jars.
