Christmas: sangria with spicy flavors

Start the holidays with a spicy and warm note! This Christmas sangria is deliciously scented and will bring the Christmas spirit to your table! Current cuisine shares its recipe with us. Healthy, but in moderation all the same!


3 clementines, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

250 g of frozen raspberries

1 star anise

2 cloves

1 cinnamon stick

750 ml orange juice

500 ml cranberry juice

375 ml vodka

750 ml champagne

3 large handfuls of ice cubes

If you are making the sangria the day before, remove the cloves, cinnamon stick and star anise the next day. Your sangria will keep the flavors sweet.

Steps :

1. In a large airtight container, place the cinnamon, star anise, lemon, orange, clementines, frozen raspberries and drizzle with vodka.

2. Add orange juice and cranberry juice.

3. Then pour the champagne and place the ice cubes. Mix everything together and seal the container tightly, then let it steep for a few hours.

4. Place frozen raspberries in the bottom of the glasses and serve this delicious Christmas sangria!
