Papaya mask for healthy and fresh skin

Papaya is considered one of the fruits that are beneficial to general health as well as beneficial to the skin when used as a face mask, whether by itself or by adding some substances to it. Papaya fruits are full of antioxidants and are useful in cases of sunburn. the ingredients :-

A fully ripe papaya.

 

Method:-

 

Remove the skin of the fruit and also the seeds, cut it into small portions, then beat it in the blender until you have a smooth paste.

 

Put the mixture on your face as soon as you take it out of the blender, avoiding contact with the eye area.

 

Massage the mixture on your face with the tips of the fingers so that your skin can benefit from it.

 

 

 

 

Leave it for 10 minutes, wash your face with warm water well.

 

 

 

Suggestions:

 

Mix papaya with honey to get smooth skin.

 

You can add lemon juice to improve your skin tone.

 

You can also add egg whites and oatmeal for better results.

 

You can also use papaya with a tablespoon of pumpkin puree
