Biscuit: 15 tablets (tea)
Butter: 6 tablespoons (melted)
Cream cheese: 400 grams
Oranges: 2 tablets (peeled and cut into small pieces)
Mascarpone cheese: 200 gm
Powdered sugar: 100 grams
Milk: 3 teaspoons
Cream: 185 ml
Oranges: 1 piece (peeled and cut as decoration)
How to prepare
Grind the biscuits in a large bowl, then add the melted butter and mix the ingredients.
Arrange the batter in a cheesecake pan, then place the pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Whisk cheese, oranges, sugar and milk in a large bowl.
Add the cream and mix again.
Spread the mixture over the base of the biscuit.
Garnish the cheesecake with oranges, then put it in the fridge for four hours and serve.
