Mexican salad



Tomatoes: 2 tablets (chopped)

Red pepper: 1 piece (chopped)

Green pepper: 1 piece (chopped)

Onions: 1 piece (finely chopped)

Corn: 1 cup (boiled)

Red kidney beans: 1 cup (canned and drained)

Lemon juice: 1 piece (for seasoning)

Salt: half a teaspoon (for seasoning)

Cumin: half a teaspoon (for seasoning)

Garlic: clove (chopped, for seasoning)

Green Coriander: 12 cup (chopped, for seasoning)

How to prepare

1. Mix tomatoes, green and red peppers, onions, corn and beans in a bowl.

2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well and add it to the vegetables, mixing and serve cold.
