First – rich in antioxidants:

Matcha contains a concentrated amount of antioxidants, which may reduce cell damage and avoid chronic diseases overall.

Second – Heart Health:

Several studies have shown that drinking matcha reduces the risk of heart disease and blood pressure, in addition to bad cholesterol (LDL) levels in the blood, and protects against strokes, but this does not mean dispensing with medication in pathological cases.

Matcha is rich in antioxidants called EGCG, which have an effective role in reducing the risk of cancer. Despite this benefit, the result is not final.
