Macaroni salad

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups (500 mL) uncooked macaroni noodle
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced celery
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Preperation :

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions. Drain the pasta. Put aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, put the pasta. Then, the vegetables. Then the sauce. Mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
