Ingredients :
- 2 cups (500 mL) uncooked macaroni noodle
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced green pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced celery
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated carrots
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Preperation :
- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions. Drain the pasta. Put aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, put the pasta. Then, the vegetables. Then the sauce. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
