How to make low-fat carrot cake
2 grated carrots
Mashed banana
an egg
3-4 tablespoons of sugar
Two tablespoons of olive oil
Baking powder spoon
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
cinnamon spoon
a cup of flour
Two tablespoons of oatmeal
lukewarm water as needed
How to prepare
Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.
In a mixing bowl, put the eggs, banana, cinnamon and sugar and whisk well.
Add the oil and stir well.
Add the flour and my heart, then the oats and carrots, and stir gently until the ingredients are mixed, then the water as needed.
Put the mixture in a greased oven tray and sprinkle oat flakes over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
