Ice cream sandwich
Butter: half a cup
Sugar: 12 cup
Eggs: 1 piece
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Salt: half a teaspoon
Flour: half a cup
Cocoa: a quarter cup
Ice cream: as desired (ready made with vanilla flavor)
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease a baking sheet with a little butter, then cover it with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix butter and sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
Add eggs, vanilla and salt, while mixing continuously, until ingredients are mixed.
Add the flour and cocoa, then stir the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous and creamy mixture.
Spread the mixture in the tray, then put it in the oven for about 12 minutes, until it becomes tender.
Take the tray out of the oven, leave the mixture to cool down, then cut it into a sandwich.
Spread the ice cream on the top of a piece of sandwich, then put a second piece on top so that it covers it.
Return the ball to the rest of the amount, then line the sandwiches in a tray and cover with nylon foil.
Put the tray in the fridge for at least 4 hours, so that the sandwiches freeze before serving.
