Cinnamon apple pie
Flour: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Egg yolk: 1 piece
Sugar: 1/4 cup
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Butter: Bar (small)
Green apple: as needed (sliced and soaked with lemon juice)
Apricot jam: as desired
Cinnamon: Pinch (ground)
How to prepare
In a bowl, put the flour, sugar and baking powder.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Add the butter and the egg yolk and knead the ingredients well to get a cohesive dough.
Roll out the dough in a circular mold.
Spread the apricot jam over the entire dough.
Line the apple slices on top of the dough.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon over the apples.
Put the tray into a preheated oven on medium heat for 30 minutes.
