Ingredients: 2 young cucumbers, 2 carrots, 2 young radishes, 2 onions, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon crushed chilli, 1 tablespoon pure oil, 1 tomato, 2 lettuce leaves. 1 teaspoon crushed coriander leaves. 

Method: Peel a cucumber, peel a carrot and grate it. Then cut them into wheels. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Crush lettuce leaves. Finely chop the coriander leaves. Then mix them together and add salt, pepper powder, crushed raw chilli, and mustard oil as needed. In addition, it is better to mix sprouted gram or moong in between. Mixed Fruit Custard 


Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas, 1 apple, 5-6 grapes, 1 tablespoon of raisins, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon corn flower, 1/2 liter milk, 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, A few drops of vanilla or banana essence, 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice.

Method: First of all, put all the fruits on a wheel and put lemon juice in it, because if you do not marinade the fruits in this way, but after a while they may turn black. Then mix cornflower with a little milk and heat the rest of the milk. When the milk boils, mix corn flower milk, sugar and butter in the same amount and keep stirring very well. Then when the milk boils again and thickens, put it down. When it is completely cold, add vanilla essence and chopped fruit pieces in it. Then serve the cold alluring custard with sprinkling some chia seeds on it and serve it in a serving bowl.
