How to make avocado boats with tuna salad
Avocado salad with tuna salad is a wonderful diet recipe. It is a healthy meal rich in Omega 3.
3 avocados, cut in half and hollowed out like a boat
can of tuna
Sliced red onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
One tablespoon of lemon juice
A pinch of salt and cumin
How to prepare
With a spoon, empty the contents of half an avocado into a deep bowl.
Put the marinade ingredients in a deep plate and stir with a fork.
Pour the contents of the tuna over the sauce and stir well.
