How to make chicken kebab with ginger flavoringredients

 

300g chicken breast fillet, cut into large pieces

1 tablespoon of green ginger juice

1 tablespoon of Japanese soy sauce

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons of brown sugar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon of fresh ginger

 

How to prepare

 

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, and refrigerate, covered, for 3 hours or overnight.

 

Shape the chicken pieces into skewers and keep the seasoning.

 

The kebabs are grilled on a greased griddle and heated either on the grill or over charcoal, provided that the chicken is regularly coated with spices until it is cooked.
