  • After it is left on low heat, you can turn off the temperature and start filtering the mixture into a measuring cup and using a strainer, leave it to cool. It is not preferable to leave it until it cools completely, it can only become lukewarm.
  • Using a spoon, the eggs are transferred to the measuring cup and left inside the cup until the water covers all the eggs you have. You may need to add a little water if necessary.
  • Leave the eggs to soak in the dye for at least 30 minutes, or up to one hour, and the longer the soaking, the darker they become.
  • Remove the eggs from the dyeing cup using a spoon and leave to cool on a wire rack.
