Hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids are dilated veins under the lining of the mucous membrane of the lower part of the anus. They often open as a result of continuous pulling during defecation, especially during constipation or pregnancy in women. As a result of the thinness of these veins, they often bleed when passing solid stool in particular. The causes of this disease are: Chronic constipation, and some cases are hereditary. We advise patients who suffer from hemorrhoids to eat black bread instead of white bread, eat fruits, especially apples, drink plenty of fluids, and exercise if possible.
