– Chicken breast: 500 grams (boneless and skinless)
– Potatoes: 1 piece (medium)
– Onions: 1 piece (medium)
– Tomatoes: 1 piece (medium)
– Zucchini: 1 piece (medium)

How to prepare
- In a medium bowl, place the chicken and add salt, pepper and thyme.
- In a greased oven dish, put the vegetables (after cutting them into rings).
- Mix the vegetables with the remaining amount of salt, pepper and thyme.
- Put the chicken pieces and half a cup of water and cover the tray with tin foil.
- Put it in the oven on a medium heat at 180 degrees for an hour and serve
