Grilled chicken breasts with vegetables for diet


– Chicken breast: 500 grams (boneless and skinless)
– Potatoes: 1 piece (medium)
– Onions: 1 piece (medium)
– Tomatoes: 1 piece (medium)
– Zucchini: 1 piece (medium)
– Salt: to taste
– Pepper Black: as desired
– Thyme: a teaspoon
– Vegetable oil: a tablespoon
– Water: half a cup

How to prepare

  1. In a medium bowl, place the chicken and add salt, pepper and thyme.
  2. In a greased oven dish, put the vegetables (after cutting them into rings).
  3. Mix the vegetables with the remaining amount of salt, pepper and thyme.
  4. Put the chicken pieces and half a cup of water and cover the tray with tin foil.
