- 2 cups (500 mL)almond butter
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut oil
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) maple syrup
- Place the paper muffin cups in your 12 muffin pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter with the coconut oil. Mix well.
- Add the maple syrup and mix well.
- Divide into the molds.
