Five ways to use ginger for beauty

Mustard decoction for feet is a traditional home remedy for coughing, sneezing, cold and most cases of stress and fatigue. You do not need special tools, just fill the bathtub with warm water and add the ingredients to it.


Note: Boiling water weakens the effect of mustard and nullifies its benefits, so make sure that the water is warm.

Half a tablespoon of mustard Two tablespoons of peeled and grated ginger Cover your feet with the soaking and leave it for 15-20 minutes, add warm water if the soaked water cools, rinse your feet with warm water after soaking.


Body scars are cut wounds that have lost the main body pigment, so their color is white and shiny in relation to the rest of the skin, and fresh ginger completely hides these scars.
