Dried fig and raisin cookies

7-8 dried figs, diced

2 tablespoons of raisins

120 grams of butter

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tea glass of sunflower oil

1 egg

1 teaspoon of molasses

2.5-3 glasses of flour

1 packet of vanilla

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 cup of ground walnuts

1 pinch of salt

FABRICATION

1- Whisk the BUTTER and powdered sugar until it becomes creamy. Add sunflower oil, egg and molasses and beat lightly. Add flour, vanilla and baking powder to the mixture to get a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. Add dried figs, raisins, walnuts and salt to the dough and rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

2- Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and place them on a baking tray with baking paper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. After it cools, sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
