1 egg white
1 tea glass of granulated sugar
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and
powdered almonds
1 ball of ice cream
To decorate:
Fruit pieces and mint leaves
FABRICATION
Whisk the egg white until it rises well and becomes foamy. While whisking, slowly add the powdered sugar. Stir in the powdered sugar and powdered almonds. Put the mixture into a squeezing bag and roll out into 8 round meringues on a non-stick surface baking tray. Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 15-20 minutes and leave to cool. Stack the macaroons on the serving plate. Place the ice cream on it. Serve with fruit pieces and mint leaves
