Cookie cake with Nutella

 

the ingredients

Eggs – 2

Vanilla extract – a small spoon

White sugar – half a cup

Brown sugar – half a cup

Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon

Baking soda – 1 teaspoon

Flour – 3 cups

Butter at room temperature – 200 gr

Chocolate, cut into small pieces – a glass and a half

Chocolate spread any Nutella – half a cup

The method of work

1- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line the two oven trays with parchment paper and set aside.

2- In a bowl, beat eggs, vanilla, white sugar and brown sugar until mixture thickens. Add the butter and continue to beat until mixture is well combined.

3- In a second bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add the mixture to the previous mixture and continue mixing until the ingredients overlap. Add the chocolate and mix well until it overlaps the dough.

4- Roll out half of the dough in an oven tray. Roll out the remaining amount of dough in the second tray. Put the two trays into the oven for 20 minutes.

5- Take the two trays out of the oven and leave them at room temperature until the cookies cool down.

6- Flip the cookie cake onto a serving plate. Spread it with Nutella, then put the second cookie cake on top. A thousand health!
