Chicken thighs tray with barbecue
Chicken thighs: 1 kg
Onion: 1 piece (grated)
BBQ sauce: 1 /2 cup (ready-made)
Hot sauce: 3 tablespoons
Ketchup: 1 tablespoon

Garlic Powder: Pinch
Onion powder: a pinch
Oil: 3 tablespoons
Butter: 2 tbsp
How to prepare
In a deep bowl, mix the onion, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Season the chicken with the mixture and leave it to marinate for an hour.
Melt a little butter in a frying pan on the stove, put the chicken and stir until golden.
In a medium bowl, mix barbecue sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, oil, salt and black pepper.
Spread the chicken on an oven tray and grease each of them with the mixture of sauces from all sides.
Put the tray in a preheated oven at 180 ° C until it becomes tender.
Take out the tray every 10 minutes and brush it again with the mixture of sauces.
Take the tray out of the oven, then serve the chicken with sauce directly on your cake.
