Modus operandi of dates stuffed with nuts Ingredients

 

Dates: 25 tablets (without seeds)

Almonds: 25 pieces (roasted / salted)

Hazelnut: 25 pieces (roasted / salted)

Chocolate: as needed (dark)

Coconut oil: one tablespoon

 

How to prepare

 

Start by inserting two almonds and hazelnuts into each date, secure them with a toothpick and set them aside on a piece of parchment paper.

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

Dip each stuffed date into the chocolate mixture until it is completely covered, you can also use a fork.

Let the remaining chocolate drip back into the saucepan.

Transfer it to parchment paper to dry.

To decorate, coconut flakes are sprinkled on top.

Put them in the freezer for 15 minutes (or the refrigerator for 25 minutes), and remove the toothpicks.
