You should eat 10 nuts a day.. Why?

The results of a recent medical study found that walnuts fight harmful cholesterol, which raises the risk of heart attacks and strokes.



The study, conducted by nutrition scientists at the University of Munich in Germany, showed that harmful cholesterol can be reduced by eating a handful of walnuts daily, estimated at about 45 grams, equivalent to eight to ten nuts.



Walnuts also have other health benefits, as they are rich in vitamins such as vitamin B and vitamin E, and are also rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, which improve the elasticity of blood vessels.
