Materials:

 

1 Tablespoon of Yogurt

 

1 Tablespoon of Oatmeal

 

Preparation and application:

 

Combine the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

 

Rub the mixture on your skin.

 

Wait 20 minutes.

 

Wash off with plenty of lukewarm water.

 

Dry with a towel.

 

NOTE:

 

Apply this skin mask, which contains plenty of protein, 2-3 times a week at regular intervals.

 

Before applying the mask to your skin, clean your skin with soap.

All skin types can easily apply this mask. However, if you have oily skin, you can drip 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into the mask. If you have very dry skin, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey.
