Why should you apply sunscreen this winter?

Usually, many do not bother to apply sunscreen in the winter, due to the lack of brightness of the sun’s rays, and the cold weather everywhere. But this belief is completely wrong, because applying sunscreen in winter is just as important as summer and hot days. Why then is it important to apply this cream in winter?

Reasons for applying sunscreen in winter:

Why is there a misconception about not applying sunscreen in winter?

I think, traditionally, many people think only of the need for sunscreen to protect themselves from sunburn, so they often associate it with trips to the beach or by the pool.

However, sunscreen is not only about protecting against those whole days you spend in the sun, but also those everyday moments that can increase sun damage.

At certain latitudes in winter, the sun’s UV rays are definitely weaker, and because of the cold temperatures, people are often more covered under layers of clothing, so exposure to sunlight is less, but UV rays are still present, and have the ability to damage With any bare skin.
