Recipes of turmeric for hair care in general

1- A mixture of turmeric and carrots to stimulate hair growth 

  • Mix 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder well with 1/2 cup of aloe vera gel, then add 1/4 cup of almond oil.
  • Add to the ingredients 1/4 cup of carrot juice and keep stirring to mix all the ingredients well.
  • Put the mixture in the refrigerator for a week.
  • Distribute the mixture over your entire scalp, massaging gently so that the ingredients in the recipe penetrate the hair follicles.
  • Leave the turmeric and vitamin E mask for 30 minutes to react on your scalp while covering it with a shower cap. It is best to apply this mask to the hair overnight.
  • Repeat this mixture 2 to 3 times a week to get the best result.

2- A mixture of turmeric and milk for hair care 

  • Mix a quantity of liquid milk with a little honey and turmeric powder.
  • Massage the mixture into the scalp for a few minutes, and leave it on the hair for 1/2 hour. 
  • Wash hair with water and shampoo.

3- A mixture of turmeric and olive oil for scalp treatment

  • Mix well a little turmeric with natural olive oil.
  • Apply this mixture to your hair and leave it for 15 minutes.
  • Wash your hair with lukewarm water and shampoo.

4- A mixture of turmeric and coconut oil to treat dry and damaged hair

  • Mix 1 teaspoon of organic turmeric powder with 4 tablespoons of coconut oil.

5- A mixture of turmeric and chamomile for hair dye
