Vitamins B-C-H and zinc to fight viruses and bacteria
The President of the Society for Nutritional Medicine in France, French Professor Jean-Paul Courtal, reminds us of the necessity of focusing our food on some vitamins that play an effective role in combating viruses and bacteria, which are:
– Zinc.
– Vitamin C
– Vitamin B
– Vitamin H
These vitamins are found in fresh orange juice and lemon juice.
The French doctor also advises avoiding consumption of some foods that cause infection and rot, such as saturated fatty acids found in butter and fried foods, which allow viruses and bacteria to enter the organs that white blood cells cannot attack, as well as iron, which is a contributing factor in bacterial growth.
