Vegetable Soup with Yogurt

Materials

 

1 small sized zucchini 1 carrot 1 potato 1 onion 1 clove of garlic Half a red pepper 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 cups marrow bone broth (400 ml) 3 cups hot water (600 ml) 100 ml cream

 

For his training;

 

1 glass of yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of flour, juice of half a lemon

 

For the above;

 

Dill1 teaspoon saltHalf teaspoon black pepper

 

Preparation of

 

First, let’s add olive oil to our pot. Add the onion and garlic we chopped and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the carrots, zucchini, potatoes and red peppers we chopped into small pieces and fry for 4-5 minutes. Then, add water and marrow bone broth and let it cook. To season it. Let’s add yoghurt, flour and lemon juice to a suitable bowl and whisk. While continuing to stir, let’s add the water of the soup and warm the marinade. Let’s slowly add our marinade to the pot and continue mixing. Finally, let’s add the cream and let it boil for a while. Remove our ready soup from the stove. . Add finely chopped dill, salt and black pepper and mix. Our vegetable soup is ready to serve. Enjoy your meal!
