For the cream

  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • cocoa powder
  • Powdered sugar (2 cups)
  • 6 tablespoons of almond milk


Set the oven to 180 degrees and heat it. Place the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Add the almond milk, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Beat well until you get a smooth dough. Fill the dough you prepared into the cupcake cups without overflowing. Be careful not to fill the entire container. You should add a little less than half so that there is enough room to rise. Bake for 22 minutes, remove the cakes from the oven and leave them outside until completely cooled.

2. Cocoa Orange Vegan Cake


  • 1.5 cups of flour
  • Powdered sugar (1 cup)
  • Cocoa (3 tablespoons)
  • 1 pack of baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 glass of water
  • Orange zest (1)
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed orange juice


Take the flour, powdered sugar, cocoa and baking soda in a large bowl and mix well. Then transfer this mixture to a separate whisk. Add oil, water, orange zest and orange juice to it and mix it well with a whisk for 3 minutes. Take the dough into the mold and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Do not forget to grease your cake mold with a small amount of oil before baking. You can serve it with ice cream after it is cooked, bon appetit.

  • 1 bowl of dates
  • 3 tablespoons of hazelnuts
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 6 prunes
  • 1 cup nutmeg (for garnish)


First, we start our recipe by removing the seeds of the dates and prunes. Then crush the nuts and make sure they are finely powdered. Add dates and plums to a robot. Add hazelnut and cocoa on it and pull the robot. Continue the process until the mixture turns into a viscous dough.   • 2 cups vegan cream cheese
