How to prepare

  • Wash the lentils well, then soak them in water overnight, then drain them from the water well in a deep bowl.
  •  Mix lentils, potatoes, onions, garlic and green coriander.
  • Frmi the previous mixture in the kibbeh very finely.
  • Season the mixture with spices, then gradually add the rusk, kneading until you get a homogeneous texture.
  •  Add vegetable ghee or two cups of oil, but gradually and knead well, then arrange in a tray.
  •  Put the kofta in the oven or fry it on a low heat.
  • Arrange the fingers in a tray, then light a charcoal and place it in the center of the tray with the cover.
  •  Leave 10 minutes and serve immediately.

How to prepare

  • Put the potatoes in a large pot on the stove and cover them with water
  • Add half a teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil.
  • When boiling, cover the pot and cook the potatoes for about a quarter of an hour, until soft.
  • Drain the potatoes and mash them in a medium bowl.
  • Melt two tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over the heat, then add the onions and mushrooms.
  • Stir the ingredients until they wilt, then add the corn, carrots and peas.
  • When the ingredients are soft, add the potatoes, sour cream, the remaining salt and pepper.
  • Stir the ingredients together well.
  • Put the mixture in an oven tray, sprinkle cheese on it and add the remaining tablespoon of butter on top.
  • Bake the tray in the oven for about 25 minutes on high heat.
