The beggars with three chocolates


  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g of milk chocolate
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 15g candied orange
  • 15g of hazelnuts
  • 15g of pink pralines
  • 15g unsalted peanuts


In three saucepans, separately melt the three chocolates in a bain-marie.
Prepare the toppings. Finely chop the hazelnuts and pralines, slice the candied oranges and roughly chop a few peanuts. Book.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place a little dark chocolate on the baking sheet using a tablespoon. Repeat the operation with the milk chocolate and the white chocolate.
Garnish the chocolate discs with the hazelnuts, pralines, oranges and peanuts, mixing them to taste. Add peanuts or whole pralines for more crunch.
Keep in the fridge for about 12 hours.

The toppings can be adapted according to your tastes: nuts, almonds, pistachios, dried cranberries are all possibilities
