MATERIALS
3-4 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 tea glass of chocolate chips
150 grams of room temperature butter
1 cup + 2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of flour + 3/4 cup flour
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons of cocoa
FABRICATION
Put the room temperature butter with sugar in a deep bowl. Whisk with a mixer for 5 minutes until it becomes creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue whisking with a mixer until it becomes pure. On the other hand, mix sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cocoa, sesame seeds and chocolate drops in a separate bowl. Slowly add the egg mixture and knead. Roll the dough to the width of a tea glass mouth. After wrapping it with cling film, keep it in the refrigerator for 1 day. Take it out of the fridge and cut into half a cm thick and place it on a baking tray evenly. Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve when cool.
