Potato pancake with vegetables




Potatoes: 4 grains (mashed)

Tomatoes: 2 tablets (chopped small)

Peppers: 2 pieces (small chopped)

Carrots: 1 piece (grated)

Salt: pinch

Cumin: a pinch

Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

White flour: a tablespoon

How to prepare

Mix all ingredients and put them in pancake molds.

Place the molds on a tray and put them in an oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes.

Put it for 3 minutes under the grill to get a golden color.

You can serve it on your trip with breakfast.
