Orange coconut cake



Eggs: 4 pieces

Flour: 2 cups

Sugar: 12 cup

Orange juice: a cup

Yogurt: half a cup

Margarine: half a cup

Coconut: 12 cup

Orange zest: 1 piece

Vanilla: half a tablespoon

Baking powder: 3 teaspoons

How to prepare

In an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar well on high speed until white in color.

Add ghee and blend again.

Add vanilla, grated orange peel, yogurt, and coconut, and stir.

Pour the orange juice and stir.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix by hand.

Pour the cake batter into the greased flour and oil pan.

Put the pan in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for about 30 minutes or less, and serve cold.
